Sierra Packaging is a manufacturer of custom folding cartons, CD folders and sleeves, and a point of purchase materials, such as bottle hangers, shelf-talkers, display easels, case cards and blister cards. For over 30 years, Sierra Packaging has provided superior services in custom packaging solutions. Our client base consists of companies in the pharmaceutical, food, high tech, and gift industries. With no order to small, we also have the capacity to produce small and large orders at competitive prices.
Our in-house CAD design department is well known for creating structural solutions for the most challenging product design. Based on your requirements, we can generate a prototype of your package and provide your graphic designer with a structural outline for artwork creation. Once the artwork is approved, we’ll produce an accurate digital mock-up to ensure your satisfaction.
The pre-press department has over 25 years of experience in pre-flight and file preparation. Our experts can quickly identify file inconsistencies and make appropriate changes, with your approval. In addition, we work with several local graphic designers who are experts in their field. These names can be made available to you upon request.
We print on a 40 inch Komori five color press with inline coater with Epic Dampening Systems, which produce excellent quality. For extra impact, we provide in-house services in foil stamping, embossing and window applications. In addition, we offer high gloss aqueous coating and optional matt/satin, and high-gloss UV rub-resistant coatings.
Our full service die-cutting department offers structural design, laser cut dies, and on-site knifing. These services ensure a quality package for our valued clients. In addition, we maintain three gluers with timed spot gluing capabilities, two of which are right angle configured. With our equipment configuration, we can run four and six corner trays as well as more complicated gluing jobs.
